Basic composition: T-type thermocouple ultra-thin wire consists of two metal wires of different materials, with the positive electrode being copper and the negative electrode being constantan (a copper-nickel alloy).
Temperature measurement range: Generally, the measurement range of T-type thermocouple micro-wires is from -200℃ to 900℃. Different insulating materials can affect their operating temperature range. For example, the operating temperature range of T-type thermocouple micro-wires insulated with polyvinyl chloride is from -25℃ to 105℃, and that insulated with Teflon is from -60℃ to 260℃.
Insulating Material: Polyesterimide is the preferred insulating material for T-type thermocouple wires. It bonds well with the two legs of the thermocouple, possesses good mechanical strength, and has a maximum temperature rating of 180°C. The maximum temperature rating of polyimide insulation can reach up to 240°C.

5. Good linearity: Within the temperature range of -200℃ to 350℃, the thermoelectric potential exhibits an approximately linear relationship with temperature, simplifying the calibration process and reducing measurement errors.
